Rae Armantrout named finalist for 2010 National Book Critics Circle Award for Poetry, for her book Versed.


In November 2009, Rae Armantrout was named finalist for the 2009 National Book Award in Poetry for her new book, Versed (Wesleyan Press, 2008). She has now also been named finalist for the 2010 National Book Critics Circle Award in Poetry for Versed.  Rae will travel to New York in March 2010 to join in the events surrounding the announcement of the winners. Congratulations, Rae, on two well deserved nominations, and we wish you the best in New York this Spring!
